🔹 SBI Recruitment 2025 – Selection Process
The SBI Manager & Deputy Manager Selection Process will include Shortlisting and Interview only.
Shortlisting
- Meeting the minimum qualification does not guarantee an interview call.
- A Shortlisting Committee formed by SBI will set the parameters for shortlisting.
- Only an adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank, will be shortlisted for interaction.
- SBI’s decision on shortlisting is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
Interview
- The Interview carries 100 marks.
- Qualifying marks will be decided by the Bank.
- No correspondence or appeal will be entertained regarding the interview process or results.
Merit List
- The final merit list will be prepared based only on interview scores (in descending order).
- If two or more candidates score the same marks, the older candidate will be ranked higher in the merit list.
